Orders are sent out Monday-Thursday for next day delivery via Courier (postcode exclusions apply - see below*).  We use DPD who deliver for us Tuesday to Friday typically between 8am-6pm.  No signature is required as the courier is instructed to leave the parcel in a safe place.  Orders placed after 10am on Thursday will not be processed until the following Monday.  Orders will not be delivered or dispatched at weekends or Bank Holidays.

Our raw dog food is packed in frozen blocks straight into thermal polystyrene boxes and then placed into a cardboard liner for shipment.  No additional plastic packaging is used - the blocks are not individually packaged so this reduces the amount of waste significantly.  Some councils will recycle the polystyrene boxes so check with them before you discard.  We are also looking into possibilities of a return service for the empty boxes in the future.
